Job Summary
Prime Life is a leading provider of health and social care services, with a rich history of over 30 years. Our central administration function is based in Leicester, where our finance, human resources, sales, procurement, and estates teams work together to support our operational units across the Midlands and North of England.
Key Responsibilities
- Invoicing and crediting accounts as necessary.
- Monthly or 4-weekly reconciliation of remittance advice to individual accounts.
- Individual account reconciliations as required.
- Effective credit control and liaison with home managers, local authorities, and external client/family relations to recover debts.
- Additional accounting responsibilities, including general posting, purchase ledger liaison, and management account reporting on an ad hoc basis.
Reporting Structure
The Sales Ledger Manager reports directly to the Revenue Controller, who in turn reports to the Associate Director of Finance and the Prime Life Board.
Working Hours
The Prime Life office operates from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, while our individual homes provide 24/7 care and support.
