**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a wonderful Primary School in East Riding of Yorkshire. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher with pupil behavior and learning, helping to prepare lesson plans, and providing individualized support to students with special educational needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support the class teacher with pupil behavior and learning
  • Help to prepare lesson plans
  • Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs
  • Work collaboratively with the SEN team to develop and implement strategies to support students with SEN

**Requirements:**

  • 1 degree from a Top 20 UK University
  • Prior experience working with children with SEN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
