About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Business Partner to join our team at Mountain Warehouse. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development through strategic people management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior retail directors and managers to develop and implement business strategies
  • Partner with HR support services to ensure seamless delivery of HR initiatives
  • Work closely with the HR Business Partner to align on policies and procedures
  • Support complex Employee Relations cases globally, providing expert guidance and advice
  • Lead on Pay and Reward activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws
  • Drive progression and change through HR solutions, partnering with stakeholders to deliver business outcomes

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail or multisite brand management
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective partnerships
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to evaluate business data and make informed decisions
  • Comprehensive understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects
