We are seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator to join our growing sales team at WCS Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the bid and tender process across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Qualification Questionnaires: Develop and submit high-quality responses to pre-qualification questionnaires, showcasing our company's expertise and capabilities.
- Tender Responses (RFQ/RFP): Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling and concise tender responses, ensuring timely submission and meeting client deadlines.
- Tender Opportunity Identification: Conduct thorough research to identify potential tender opportunities, staying up-to-date with industry trends and client requirements.
- Content Library Management: Maintain and continuously improve our comprehensive content library, ensuring it remains relevant and effective in supporting our bid and tender efforts.
- Bid Schedules: Develop and manage bid schedules, ensuring timely completion and submission of tenders.
- Commercial Support: Work closely with our commercial team to establish pricing models and support bid/no-bid decisions.
