Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the nutritional and dietary needs of our students, while also providing a high-quality culinary experience.

  • Collaborate with our catering team to plan and execute special events, themed dinners, and other culinary initiatives.

Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a similar role within a contract catering company or educational institution.
  • Culinary degree or relevant certifications from a recognized culinary institute.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
