Role Summary:

TECHOHANA is seeking a proficient Salesforce Business Analyst to support a Financial Services organization. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that Salesforce implementations align with the organization's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather insights and document comprehensive requirements for Salesforce initiatives.
  • Convert business needs into functional specifications and process diagrams.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to devise Salesforce solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Coordinate with project managers to guarantee the timely and successful execution of Salesforce enhancements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to enhance the adoption and efficiency of Salesforce solutions.
  • Supervise the testing of Salesforce modifications to ensure compliance with requirements and optimal performance.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst with a solid grasp of Salesforce platform capabilities and industry best practices.
  • Skills: Strong analytical abilities, capable of translating business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Availability: Willingness to work 2 days a week on-site in Birmingham.
