Rate: £450 per day (Outside IR35)

Location: 2 days a week on-site

Role Summary:

TECHOHANA is seeking a proficient Salesforce Business Analyst to support a Financial Services initiative. This role requires an individual who can effectively liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that Salesforce implementations align with organizational goals and enhance project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather insights and document comprehensive requirements for Salesforce initiatives.
  • Convert business needs into functional specifications and process diagrams.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to architect Salesforce solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Coordinate with project managers to guarantee the timely and successful execution of Salesforce modifications and enhancements.
  • Provide guidance and training to end-users to optimize the use and effectiveness of Salesforce solutions.
  • Supervise the testing of Salesforce modifications to confirm they fulfill requirements and function as intended.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst with a solid grasp of Salesforce platform capabilities and industry best practices.
  • Skills: Strong analytical abilities, capable of translating business needs into technical specifications.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Availability: Willingness to work on-site for 2 days a week.
