Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting the implementation of the school curriculum.
  • Providing pastoral care to ensure students can effectively participate in their educational setting.

In return, we offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including a salary sacrifice scheme, company pension, life assurance, and opportunities for personal and professional development.

Our organization fosters a strong safeguarding culture, ensuring that students are heard, respected, and involved in decision-making processes. If you are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of young people, this role could be the next significant step in your career.

Applicants should hold GCSEs at grade C or above in Maths and English and ideally have experience supporting autistic teenagers who have faced challenges in their educational journey.
