Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of all components of the Hospitality, Travel, and Tourism curriculum.
  • Utilize extensive subject matter expertise to ensure adherence to quality assurance standards.
  • Oversee operational management of staff and students to meet curriculum and institutional performance objectives.
  • Provide academic and operational guidance at the curriculum level, focusing on student progress and achievement.
  • Collaborate with the Head of School in staffing, scheduling, curriculum design, and quality assurance practices.
  • Deliver teaching hours as required, with specific utilization hours to be agreed upon.

Candidate Profile:

We invite applications from individuals with a robust understanding of the curriculum area, including curriculum structures, sequencing, and quality assurance methodologies. Candidates should possess:

  • A degree or a relevant professional qualification at level 4 or higher.
  • A recognized teaching qualification at Level 4 or above.
  • Preferably, a Hospitality-related qualification at level 3 or above.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing personnel, ideally within the hospitality sector.
