**Job Summary**

**About SF Technology Solutions**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Lead to join our team at SF Technology Solutions. As a Test Lead, you will play a key role in leading our testing efforts and ensuring the highest quality of our software products.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead the development and execution of automated testing scripts using Selenium and other tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Develop and maintain testing strategies and plans to ensure comprehensive coverage
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in testing best practices and automation tools
  • Work closely with the Test Manager to define and implement new automated QA processes
  • Contribute to the development of testing frameworks and tools to improve testing efficiency
  • Identify and report defects and issues to the development team
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testing-related issues

**Requirements**

  • At least 4 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation testing
  • Strong experience with Selenium and other automation testing tools
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Experience with testing complex applications and systems
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies
  • Desirable: ISTQB Foundation certification
