Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Test Engineer to join our team at SF Recruitment. As a Senior Automation Test Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining automated testing scripts using Selenium and other tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automated testing scripts using Selenium and other tools
  • Collaborate with the Test Manager to define and implement a new automated QA process
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of automated testing
  • Identify and report defects and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and tools

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience writing automated testing scripts at a senior level
  • Very strong recent Selenium experience
  • Proven experience testing complex applications or systems across performance, stress, and accessibility
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Exposure to testing new features within a product-led, tech-driven environment
  • Impeccable communication skills as internal stakeholder management between technical teams will form a large part of this role
  • Any experience helping a company move from manual to automated testing would be highly desirable
  • Experience executing tests from Azure DevOps would be a plus
  • A real can-do attitude and a passion for technology in general
  • ISTQB Foundation is desirable
