We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dietitian to join our Paediatric Team in the Community Services department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing professional and evidence-based dietetic advice to Paediatric patients, parents/carers, and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a Paediatric caseload effectively by working with inpatients, phone reviews, outpatient appointments, attending MDT meetings for patients, and making clinical decisions.
- Provide professional and evidence-based dietetic advice to Paediatric patients, parents/carers, and staff.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans to meet the nutritional needs of Paediatric patients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for Paediatric patients.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to dietetics in the Paediatric Team.
- Registered Dietitian with a strong background in Paediatric nutrition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
