About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Reablement Care and Support Worker to join our team in the Knaresborough and Ripon area.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable adults, providing hands-on care and support to enable them to regain and maximize their independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide care and support to adults in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assess individual needs and develop personalized care plans to meet their requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to travel across the area to visit service users.
