Position Details:
- Part-Time Commitment: This role is structured as part-time, encompassing a standard workweek of 22.5 hours.
- Fixed Term Engagement: Join our organisation on a fixed-term basis to contribute to impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyse, and interpret intricate data from diverse sources to inform strategic planning and operational decisions.
- Build effective partnerships with pharmacy BI leads across priority Trusts, proactively enhancing data submissions.
- Organise regional and one-on-one support sessions with Trusts to improve data quality.
- Create detailed reports and presentations to convey findings to senior management and stakeholders.
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, fostering an atmosphere of transparency and efficient information exchange.
- Articulate complex issues and information to a broad audience of internal and external stakeholders.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- A degree in analytics or a related field, or significant relevant experience in fulfilling the responsibilities outlined.
- Demonstrated experience in analysing NHS information and data flows, ideally within pharmacy or specialised commissioning.
- Proficient in BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI, with experience in SQL query development and data manipulation.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and MSP, particularly in healthcare contexts.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage tasks in fast-paced environments.
- Capability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- A comprehensive understanding of the health and social care landscape, including NHS policies and operational challenges.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience within the NHS or a comparable healthcare environment.
- Familiarity with NHS data standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Knowledge of specialised pharmacy services.
