Job Summary

Toro Recruitment is seeking a skilled Operations Technician to join our team in the Waste Water industry. As an Operations Technician, you will be responsible for installing, operating, and maintaining mobile separation equipment, as well as supporting service engineers and engaging with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, operate, and maintain mobile separation equipment to ensure optimal processing outcomes.
  • Support service engineers during site visits and at our workshop.
  • Engage with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Lead and train subcontracted labor and new team members.
  • Follow risk assessments and method statements for all installation and operational tasks.
Requirements
  • A keen interest in mechanical or electrical systems.
  • The ability to work autonomously and manage tasks effectively at remote sites.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving customer needs and project demands.
  • Strong customer service ethos and excellent communication skills.
  • A valid manual vehicle driving license, ideally clean.

Working Hours

The shift pattern consists of 10 consecutive days on, followed by 4 days off. For night shifts, there will be 4 days off before transitioning into 9 consecutive nights, followed by 5 days off before starting the day pattern again. Night shifts occur once every 3 to 4 weeks.
