We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Care Home Team Leader to join our team at Care First UK Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, while also leading and managing a team of care staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to ensure high-quality care and support is provided to residents.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each resident.
  • Conduct regular care plan evaluations and make changes as necessary.
  • Liaise with GP's and healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive the best possible care.
  • Support staff with all care-related documents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in the induction of new staff and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Medication training and experience of working with vulnerable adults.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and night shifts.
