The PostWe are seeking an exceptional leader to drive the Strategy, Governance, and Performance Directorate forward. The Director will be responsible for delivering PHS's strategy, overseeing financial and non-financial planning, and leading internal transformation programs. This role requires strong leadership at national and local levels, with a focus on planning, policy, finance, governance, communications, and workforce to support system-wide change and improve population health.
As part of the Executive Team, you will lead, direct, and manage the work and ongoing development of Public Health Scotland, building our reputation as the expert national public health body in Scotland. The Director will lead SGP into the next phase of transformation, focusing on corporate support functions, growing partnerships, ensuring robust governance, and developing rigorous planning and performance reporting.
