Tax Risk Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Risk Assurance Manager to join our team at BDO UK LLP. As a key member of our Tax Assurance & Risk Management team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate the complex world of tax risk and governance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide assurance to clients on their tax operations and assist in optimizing their tax performance.
- Develop and implement tax control frameworks to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with clients to identify and address tax governance and risk management issues.
- Present nationally and internationally at client tax conferences and webinars.
- Contribute to the development of best-in-class tax functions and provide advisory services to clients.
- Education to degree level, and/or CTA and/or ACA qualified or equivalent.
- Experience of Tax Risk work an advantage, including tax process, strategy, SAO and CCO.
- Strong presentation style and confidence in hosting workshops, training sessions, and webinars.
- Excellent communication skills to participate in the management of the group, contact with clients, and recognize business development opportunities.
- Able to lead on projects and produce high-quality reports.
