About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Residential Children's Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing support, guidance, and activities to children and young people in our residential care units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support and guidance to children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Develop and implement engaging activities and programs to stimulate young minds and promote learning.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a safe and nurturing environment for all residents.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring the unique needs of each child are met.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the ongoing evaluation and improvement of our services.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare or equivalent experience.
  • Full UK driving license and business insurance for your vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, young people, and colleagues.
  • A can-do attitude, with a passion for engaging and motivating young minds.
