Our client, a leading global financial institution, is seeking a highly skilled Associate to join their Financial Institutions Group (FIG) coverage team in a senior capacity. The successful candidate will have a strong background in investment banking, with a focus on the financial institutions sector, and will be able to leverage their expertise to drive business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:


• Execute complex financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, and debt capital markets, within the financial institutions sector.


• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support transactions and client presentations.


• Prepare high-quality pitchbooks and marketing materials for senior bankers and clients.


• Stay up-to-date on market trends, regulatory changes, and sector developments to provide expert advice and guidance.


• Collaborate with senior bankers and cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions and drive business results.

Qualifications:


• 3+ years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on FIG at a leading global financial institution.


• Proven track record of executing and closing complex FIG transactions.


• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.


• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.


• Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
