In the role of Installation and Template Operations Coordinator, you will oversee the coordination between two essential teams, ensuring seamless operations for Howden Work Surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for the template and installation divisions, facilitating effective communication between both teams.
  • Establish and maintain precise system records for each template and installation, incorporating any specific customer requirements.
  • Generate and distribute clear, detailed instructions for the installation team for each project, including any unique customer specifications.
  • Ensure a "right first time" approach for the installation of work surfaces.
  • Document all relevant information in the company CRM throughout the installation process.

Qualifications Required:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in coordination or administrative roles within a dynamic office setting is essential.
  • Strong communication skills across various levels of the organization, with the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to perform effectively under pressure and deliver results.
  • Strong listening skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while being adaptable to meet both customer and business demands.
  • Proficient in identifying and resolving potential issues promptly.
  • High attention to detail coupled with strong numerical aptitude.
