Key Responsibilities:- Support the smooth running of the food and beverage department, ensuring all aspects of the guest food and beverage service experience are delivered to the highest levels.
- Work proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries.
- Deliver on plans and objectives, ensuring food and beverage initiatives and hotel targets are achieved.
- Supervise the food and beverage team, fostering a culture of growth, development, and performance within the department.
- Accountable for ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders.
- Take the lead to deliver departmental programmes that advance service standards, profitability, and cost control.
- Ensure adherence and compliance to all legislation, performing due diligence requirements and best practice activities for internal and external audit.
- Experience in food and beverage service.
- Strong supervisory and managerial skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Ability to find creative solutions with proven problem-solving capabilities offering support where required.
- Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time, and energy.
- Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms.

The Park Inn Aberdeen hotel is a vibrant and comfortable base for exploring Scotland's Castle Country and Whisky Trail.
