About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our project team at IBAM Consulting, a Sunday Times 100 Best Small Company. As a Business Analyst Team Lead, you will play a critical role in the replacement of our current Finance ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure the successful deployment of the new ERP system.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Provide expert-level guidance on business analysis principles, methodologies, tools, and approaches.
  • Familiarity with finance ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Elite 3E, Oracle) is highly desirable.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable knowledge of business analysis principles and methodologies.
  • Strong background in business analysis, with a specific focus on finance systems.
  • Experience in ERP implementations or large global transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
