About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Safety, Health and Environment Advisor to support Vistry Group in the safe planning, delivery and review of complex projects across the construction and maintenance industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the safe planning, delivery and review of projects to ensure compliance with Vistry Group's Safety, Health and Environment Policies and Standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring a safe working environment for all stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement effective safety procedures, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor safety performance, provide guidance and support to site teams, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to site teams to enhance their safety knowledge and skills.

Requirements
  • NEBOSH Construction or equivalent diploma.
  • Experience in the construction industry would be beneficial.
  • Experience in a Safety Advisor role within Residential Construction or Tier 1 Contracting.
  • Member of a Professional Body, progressing to Chartered status.
