About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Graduate to join our team at Worcester Bosch. As a Marketing Graduate, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our industry-leading B2B Loyalty Programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create engaging content for the Loyalty Programme, including online support videos, written web content, and eCommerce listings.
  • Work with our internal Insights team to analyze the Loyalty Programme's performance and develop targeted campaigns and promotions for key customer segments.
  • Help shape our Loyalty eCommerce offering, working with our Loyalty and Campaigns Intern to come up with shop promotions and ensure we meet key milestones throughout the year.
  • Collaborate with our Business Development Managers and wider sales force to ensure they have the tools they need to support installer businesses.
  • Ensure all customer-facing communication meets brand guidelines and supports or enhances brand-positioning strategy.
  • Work closely with our amazing colleagues in Social, Digital, Insight, PR, Graphics, Events, Sales, and many more teams.
Requirements
  • Marketing qualifications and degree education.
  • Highly organized, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Passionate about marketing, being creative, and having a winning attitude.
  • Ability to work with all levels within the business and manage multiple priorities with conflicting deadlines.
