**Key Responsibilities:**

* Proactively approach customers to offer help and advice based on their needs and requirements
* Create a seamless retail environment that meets customer needs
* Plan and manage the customer journey, ensuring a balanced presentation of funding options
* Facilitate the test drive experience and work with the aftersales team to provide seamless service
* Assist in following up previous visitors and enquiries to revisit and reappoint where suitable
