We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Youth Worker at our Youth Hubs across East Sussex.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Leader in Charge in the operation and running of the session, engaging young people in the community, offering support, advice, and guidance.
  • Handle any safeguarding concerns as a team.
  • Support the development of young people's social and life skills through fun activities and projects.
Requirements
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to be sensitive to the needs of young people and relate to them at a meaningful level.
  • Ability to design and deliver activities with and for young people.
  • Ability to plan and deliver specific projects to engage young people.
