About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-site Store Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships across multiple stores, providing hire solutions with a range of top-tier products and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed performance targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Hold a valid driver's license (you will operate a van)
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Support key sales initiatives and strategy to hit branch KPIs and ensure innovative and forward-thinking approaches
