Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery
  • Manage the midwifery workforce, including recruitment, retention, and development
  • Promote a culture of excellence and innovation, encouraging staff to share best practices and ideas
  • Collaborate with the Director of Midwifery and other stakeholders to develop and implement service improvements
  • Ensure compliance with Trust and national policies, guidelines, and legislation
  • Represent the Trust on midwifery and maternity issues, both internally and externally
