Role Summary:

Responsible for the oversight of delegated authority data within produced and inward Written, Premium, and Claims Bordereaux. Ensure data accuracy and address discrepancies before delivery to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high attention to detail when checking large data sets.
  • Use internal systems to check data quality and ensure Market Reform Contract (MRC/Slip) matches system and bordereaux data.
  • Identify and resolve errors in accordance with data integrity philosophy while maintaining SLAs.
  • Support Head of BDX Management on projects and ad-hoc tasks.
  • Provide support to BDX Team and Operations Team members.
  • Collaborate with Underwriting Teams for bordereaux expertise.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of insurance experience.
  • Previous bordereaux experience with a London Market background.
  • Good understanding of binding authorities/bordereaux and loss funds.
  • Experience with Sequel Eclipse and other market systems is advantageous.
  • Experience working in technical data roles or with large data sets.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of MS applications and intermediate/advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Ability to complete work to a high standard while maintaining SLAs.
  • High level of attention to detail with ability to work through high data levels.
  • Professional approach with seamless interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to adapt to business requirements and find creative solutions.
