**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Trainer to join our team. As a Restaurant Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions, evaluating staff performance, developing training materials, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Your role will be to provide support to new and existing restaurant staff, helping them to develop the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct training sessions for restaurant staff, covering topics such as food safety, customer service, and operational procedures.
  • Evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to help staff improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and online resources.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations, including food safety and health and safety.
  • Provide support to new and existing restaurant staff, helping them to develop the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

**Requirements**

  • Training and development skills, with experience in conducting training sessions.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to evaluate performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Experience in the fast food or restaurant industry.
  • Leadership abilities and organizational skills.
  • Certification in food safety or training is a plus.
