Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Trainer at Fast Food Systems Ltd in Reading. The Restaurant Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, evaluating staff performance, developing training materials, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Additionally, the Restaurant Trainer will provide support to new and existing restaurant staff.

Qualifications

• Training and development skills, with experience in conducting training sessions
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to evaluate performance and provide constructive feedback
• Experience in the fast food or restaurant industry
• Leadership abilities and organizational skills
• Certification in food safety or training is a plus
