As the Compliance & Risk Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the client onboarding process, ensuring all CDD checks and regulatory requirements are met.
You'll lead a team of compliance professionals, driving performance, providing mentorship, and handling high-profile escalations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with senior leadership on high-risk matters and compliance strategies
- Oversee the training of your team and wider business staff
- Ensuring that the team adheres to all relevant regulatory standards and governance principles relative to the compliance framework
- Oversee the quality control of compliance processes, including regular audits and monitoring to ensure all regulatory obligations are fulfilled to the highest standards
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in a law firm's compliance team with in-depth knowledge of AML regulations
- Proven people management experience (2+ years), with a track record of driving team performance
