We are seeking a highly experienced and compassionate Deputy Director for Quality Management to join our team at Amber Mace. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently met across our nursing home.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage the nursing team to deliver exceptional care to residents.
  2. Oversee medication management, wound care, and other clinical interventions to ensure regulatory compliance.
  3. Develop and implement specialized dementia care programs tailored to individual resident needs.
  4. Train and support staff in dementia care best practices to enhance resident outcomes.
  5. Continuously evaluate and improve care practices to enhance resident outcomes and lead quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  1. Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN.
  2. Proven experience in a senior nursing role within a care home or similar setting.
  3. In-depth knowledge of dementia care and best practices.
  4. Strong leadership and management skills.
  5. Commitment to ongoing professional development.
