We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Manager to join our Motor Risk Pricing team in Reigate. As a Pricing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the live claim cost pricing model, developing price monitoring reports, and bringing price proposals to the appropriate forums for discussion and approval.
Key Responsibilities- Pricing Model Maintenance: Ensure pricing accuracy and customer journey are equally considered in the live claim cost pricing model.
- Price Monitoring Reports: Develop a suite of reports to identify trends at the earliest opportunity.
- Price Proposals: Bring price proposals to the appropriate forums for discussion and approval.
- Collaboration: Work closely with retail pricing counterparts to deliver good end-to-end outcomes.
- Team Leadership: Line manage two analysts.
- Personal Lines Pricing Expertise: Strong theoretical and practical understanding of Personal Lines pricing.
- Insurance Pricing Software: Prior experience of using insurance pricing software, e.g. Radar.
- Programming Languages: Knowledge of programming languages e.g., SAS, R, and Python.
- Attention to Detail: Great attention to detail and an analytical mentality.
