Head of Legal

About the Company

Our client is a leading AI interface for clients within the financial services sector, including Investment Banks, PE Firms, and more. With a strong track record of innovation and growth, they are seeking a talented legal professional to oversee all legal aspects of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all operations and business transactions are compliant with relevant laws and regulations
  • Navigate the complexities of compliance, regulatory standards, and risk management
  • Provide strategic legal guidance to support the company's rapid growth
  • Shape the company's legal framework, ensuring robust legal processes and a culture of compliance
  • Liaise with the company's panel of external lawyers

Requirements

  • 7+ PQE with experience at a Tier 1 law firm and in-house experience
  • Strong understanding of the intricate legal landscape within the finance and tech sectors
