About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team at Eden Hotel Collection. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through personalized treatments and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to understand their personal needs and preferences
  • Deliver high-quality treatments that meet the established benchmark of excellence
  • Support the management team to maximize revenue through effective diary management and proactive selling of high-quality spa retail products
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to expand your skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a Beauty Therapist, ideally within a spa environment
  • Passion for providing holistic and beauty therapies according to a five-star spa service standard
  • Exceptional grooming standards
  • Beauty qualification at NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • Availability to work weekends and bank holidays
