About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at Eden Hotel Collection. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing high-quality spa treatments to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver facials, massage, body wraps, and advanced treatments to guests
  • Master reception duties and provide a warm welcome to guests
  • Work collaboratively with the spa team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Level 2 qualification in Beauty Therapy
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
