Job Title: Hospitality and Event Manager

Lexington Catering is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality and Event Manager to join our team. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional events and experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming enquiries and chase to conclusion
  • Liaise with external suppliers and prepare quotes, contracts, and event proposals
  • Produce event detailed planners and conduct menu tastings with clients
  • Identify marketing and promotion opportunities and develop events from proposal to delivery
Working Pattern:

40 hours, 5 out of 7 days

Skills and Experience:

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in event management, project management, and customer service. Experience working with Exec/Head chefs and knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management are essential. A BSc/BA in PR, marketing, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred.

Benefits:

As part of your package, you will receive a salary of up to £45,000 per annum, plus overtime. You will also have access to an Employee Assistance Programme, a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, life assurance, and 28 days holiday - pro-rata (including Bank Holidays).
