Job Summary

We're seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team on a full-time, waking nights schedule. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with complex needs, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Encourage and support individuals to engage in community activities, hobbies, and interests.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
