About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Prosecution Team as a Traffic Prosecutions Team Clerk. This role will involve providing administrative support, creating and maintaining records, and researching and providing information to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Prosecution Team
  • Create, update, and maintain accurate records
  • Research and provide information to stakeholders
  • Develop a thorough understanding of relevant legislation
  • Liaise with various agencies, including HMCTS and CPS
  • Initiate prosecution procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a good understanding of IT systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be educated to QCF Level or have significant work experience deemed to be comparable.
