About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and meets commercial targets
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales results
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel managers, sales teams, and external partners
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategy and optimize results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales and marketing initiatives
