About the Role

As a Lettings Branch Manager at Spicerhaart, you will be responsible for leading a team of property professionals in delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, a passion for property, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team to discuss sales strategies and performance metrics.
  • Coach and develop the skills of team members to ensure they are equipped to meet the needs of clients.
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance to improve results.
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Stay up-to-date with current legislation and regulatory requirements related to residential lettings.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential lettings at a senior negotiator position or higher.
  • Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work under own initiative, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Good telephone manner and strong IT skills, including basic Microsoft packages.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
