Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify suitable insurers for corporate insurance risks.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Insurer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with insurers to negotiate and secure the best possible terms for our clients.
  • Market Presentations: Prepare and deliver market presentations to insurers to showcase our clients' insurance needs and secure new business opportunities.
  • Insurance Solutions: Work closely with account executives and client directors to deliver tailored insurance solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years' technical broking experience gained within commercial insurance broking.
  • Reinsurance Experience: Experience of the re-insurance market is highly desirable.
  • Commercial Insurance Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of commercial insurance products, including property, motor, EL, PL, etc.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with clients and insurers.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work as part of a wider team and contribute to the team's success.
  • Acturis Experience: Essential experience with Acturis and being computer literate.
  • Qualifications: ACII qualifications or working towards preferred.
