ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee recruitment initiatives with a focus on Accounting and Finance sectors.
  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job postings to finalizing contracts with candidates.
  • Drive ongoing business growth by securing new client partnerships.
  • Implement strategic approaches including Search Plans, Mapping, and Headhunting techniques.
  • Conduct interviews with candidates, evaluate their soft skills and competencies, and provide guidance for interview preparation.
  • Proactively source and engage qualified professionals.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • At least 1-2 years of comprehensive recruitment experience.
  • Proven knowledge of current trends in the recruitment landscape.
  • Excellent communication abilities with advanced proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
  • Dynamic, confident, and sociable demeanor.
  • Competence in MS Office applications.
  • High levels of self-motivation and collaborative skills with a global perspective.
