About the Role:- Work with children and young people aged 5-19 with complex needs, including ADHD, Autism, and developmental trauma.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments, interventions, and evaluations to support the educational and emotional needs of students.
- Provide training and support to staff on psychological therapies and strategies for working with students with complex needs.
- HCPC registration as a Clinical or Counselling or Educational Psychologist.
- Experience working with ASD and complex needs, either during doctoral training or post-qualifying.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, young people, and staff.
