We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused F&B Attendant to join our team at Hotel Du Vin. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience that exceeds their expectations.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in food and beverage service. You will work closely with our kitchen team to ensure seamless service, and be responsible for managing tables, taking orders, and serving food and drinks to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests
  • Manage tables, take orders, and serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation
  • Upsell and promote our menu items and drinks to increase revenue and enhance the guest experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
