We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Group Protection team as a Consultant. This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of 1 day a week in our office, where you will work closely with colleagues, brokers, and customers to support the onboarding and maintenance of Group Protection policies.
Key Responsibilities- Support the administration and maintenance of Group Protection policies to ensure we remain a top provider.
- Collaborate with colleagues, brokers, and customers to resolve enquiries and issues efficiently.
- Manage and organize your own work queue to ensure service levels are met and customers are informed of progress.
- Consider the needs of vulnerable customers and take additional steps to support them.
- Strong communication and administration skills, with a passion for supporting customers.
- Confidence in using desktop or laptop software and experience in using MS Office.
- Experience in using Excel is preferred.
- A competitive salary of £23,500, with the option to progress after 6 months and a salary increase of up to 10%.
