JOB OBJECTIVE
The position of Luxury Stock Presentation Coordinator encompasses the following responsibilities.

  • Assist the management teams within the Luxury Division with all facets of stock presentation.
  • Ensure that Harwoods' inventory is showcased both physically and digitally to the highest standards.
  • Guarantee that the group SPS community adheres to established presentation standards.
  • Uphold brand partner guidelines consistently.
  • Provide coverage across all Harwoods locations as necessary.

Department/Business/Location:
This role primarily focuses on the Luxury division but is applicable across the group as needed.

Reports to:
Director of Used Cars and Heads of Business for BAM

KEY DUTIES

  • Capture images of vehicles in accordance with Harwoods' and OEM standards.
  • Compose advertisement descriptions following the relevant trained guidelines.
  • Prepare online listings for the GSM/SM to evaluate and publish the vehicles.
  • Participate in biweekly reviews of Luxury Stock.
  • Maintain a consistent quality of online presence across Harwoods' website, manufacturer partner sites, third-party platforms, Pinnacle, and Salesforce.
  • Ensure that internal systems are updated with accurate and current information.
  • Adhere to standards for cosmetic vehicle preparation.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products, optional features, pricing, and key attributes – conduct product research.
  • Ensure that physical presentations meet required standards – sites should be clean, well-organized, and aligned with sales management expectations.
  • Provide training and onboarding for SPS personnel.
  • Ensure that another Group SPS is trained in Luxury image standards.
  • Provide support as a floating SPS across the group when necessary.
  • Assist the Director of Used Cars with digital transformation initiatives.
Possession of a valid driving license and proficiency in IT is essential.
