About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Parts Coordinator to join our team. As a Parts Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the parts inventory, ensuring timely ordering and identification of parts, and maintaining excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the parts inventory, ensuring accurate and timely ordering and identification of parts.
- Ensure the best possible price is obtained for parts, by researching and comparing prices.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory.
- Book stock items for fitters' vans.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role.
- Driving license.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Initiative and problem-solving skills.
