About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Parts Coordinator to join our team. As a Parts Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the parts inventory, ensuring timely ordering and identification of parts, and maintaining excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the parts inventory, ensuring accurate and timely ordering and identification of parts.
  • Ensure the best possible price is obtained for parts, by researching and comparing prices.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts.
  • Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory.
  • Book stock items for fitters' vans.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role.
  • Driving license.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Initiative and problem-solving skills.
